Shipping Policy:
Usually, we ship orders within 30 mins to A hour from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time , will be intimated to the customer. Post-Dispatch, deliveries are done with in 5kms & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.

Packaging & Handling Charges:
We Procure specialise secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (Tampered proof bags, Corrugated Boxes, etc), which are given to merchants to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this especially for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount which is included in the Product price.
Returns:
And it's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're so sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste.
